Description
Taken on a great summer night in the Alabama Hills in the eastern sierras in CA. It is sometimes interesting what your camera sees and picks up that your eyes can't. There must have been a car's brake lights on at a near by campsite when I took this picture, because the rocks were dark to my eyes with no light on them at all. So I was surprised when the picture came up and the rocks were lit up red like this.
